Please read the following information before you start the registration
process!
The registration fee for the Basis Pack is €120. This pack includes:
- Accommodation thursday - sunday in 4-/6-bedded rooms
- All meals and receptions
- Conference Program
- Social Program
If you would like to spend extra nights in the hostel, we can help you
book one night extra before and/or after the conference. This extra
accommodation is included in the Basis PlusOne and Basis PlusTwo Packs.
The registration fee for the Basis PlusOne Pack is €168 and includes the
Basis Pack plus one extra night at the hotel. The registration fee for the
Basis PlusTwo Pack is €216 and includes the Basis Pack plus two extra
nights at the hotel. If you would like to spend more time in Oslo and
still stay at the hostel, you will have to arrange it on your own.
You will have to perform the following Step-1 and Step-2 in order to
complete your registration for the conference:
Step-1: Fill out registration form.
Step-2: Pay the registration fee relevant for your choice of accommodation;

Basis PlusTwo Pack - €216
Payments must be made through a standard bank transfer with the correct
amount stated above. The IBAN account number is NO5330602383489 and the
Swift/BIC code for the bank is DNBANOKK. Recipient is ESC Oslo 2010. Please add your name as stated in the registration form as payment comment.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your registration is fully
completed.
